Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and help them achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Engage in regular team meetings to foster collaborative practice.
• Provide training and support to clients' families.
• Stay updated with the latest research and methodologies in speech therapy.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Postgraduate training in communication disorders is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in the field, including pediatric and adult therapy
