We are currently seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for designing and implementing innovative electrical systems. You will work closely with project managers and other engineers to deliver projects that meet client specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for electrical equipment.
• Utilize simulation software for system modeling.
• Train and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical engineering industry

Technical Skills

• Electrical Safety Standards
• Power Systems Analysis

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
