Looking for an IT Support Technician who will be actively involved in maintaining, supporting, and managing IT systems, ensuring operational efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, providing exceptional customer service while helping to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests for technical support and provide timely solutions.
• Log and track support requests using helpdesk software.
• Offer guidance to users in-person and via remote assistance tools.
• Assist in maintaining network security protocols to safeguard information.
• Prepare periodic reports on IT support performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Server Management
• Virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)

Languages
