Job Description

The Logistics Operations Manager will take charge of overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the delivery of products and services. You will lead a team dedicated to optimizing processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics processes from receipt of goods to delivery.
• Drive improvements in logistics systems and processes.
• Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise, minimizing impact on the supply chain.
• Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Facilitate communication between logistics and other departments for enhanced collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Master's degree in logistics or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations management
