Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and updates.
• Manage logistics-related issues and develop solutions.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and logistics processes.
• Participate in logistics planning meetings.
• Train and support new logistics staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or a related field
• Higher Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

Technical Skills

• ERP software experience
• Data analysis

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
