Responsibilities

  • Lead the healthcare administrative team to ensure high-quality patient support and service delivery.
  • Manage patient records and streamline administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies for compliance assessments.
  • Evaluate employee performance and implement training programs.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans.
  • Manage incoming inquiries from patients and address concerns effectively.
  • Contribute to the implementation of health programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Support initiatives to improve overall patient care experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management
  • Certification in healthcare compliance is preferable

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
