Responsibilities

• Identify and utilize innovative training methods to enhance learning.
• Assess training programs for quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor training to specific needs.
• Create an onboarding program for new hires to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Analyze training metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or similar
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate training or learning roles

Technical Skills

• E-learning Platforms
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Learning and Development Certification from ATD

Languages

• English: Fluent
