UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our enthusiastic team in Durban. This role requires a blend of creative and technical skills to deliver visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating design solutions that improve the user experience across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to execution.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex design challenges.
• Review and give feedback on designs created by other team members.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Deliver design specifications to the development team for implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in agency settings

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• User Testing

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with animation tools such as Adobe After Effects: Knowledge of creating engaging animations to enhance user interactions.
