Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with IT equipment.
  • Set up and support remote working tools and technologies.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
  • Engage with third-party vendors for escalated issues.
  • Participate in regular IT audits and compliance checks.
  • Assist with the configuration and deployment of new systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in IT Support or related field
Experience
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk role preferred
