Job Description

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning algorithms and data analysis to produce state-of-the-art AI models that solve real-world problems. Your contributions will help in the development of predictive models and enhancing existing systems to provide better outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ML pipelines to optimize model training and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define algorithmic requirements.
• Conduct model evaluations and present findings to the team.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
• Automate data preprocessing and model retraining processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in machine learning best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Data Analytics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of practical experience in machine learning frameworks
