Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling and valuation of target companies.
• Draft and present transaction documents to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior analysts.
• Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA with a focus on Finance is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or related field
