Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction practices and be responsible for coordinating work, managing on-site personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety training programs for site personnel.
• Review construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment.
• Address and resolve any onsite issues or conflicts.
• Provide training and support to junior staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision
