• Direct and coordinate the retail team to meet the standard of service.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues that arise.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and presentation.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
• Oversee the hiring and training of new staff members.
• Communicate with upper management regarding store performance and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Establish a welcoming environment by ensuring store cleanliness.

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management or Business is advantageous
• Sales Management Extensive experience in managing sales operations.
• Inventory Control Skilled in managing stock levels and minimizing losses.
• Leadership Proven leadership abilities to motivate a team.
• Customer Service Strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• English (Fluent)
• Zulu (Conversational)
