Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Support Agent to join our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for answering client queries via phone, email, and chat. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate required
  • Degree or diploma in Customer Service or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer support role
