Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our talented team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our diverse range of digital products. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of user-centered design principles and a strong portfolio showcasing their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through implementation and post-launch analysis.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best design practices.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and collaboration.
• Incorporate accessibility best practices into the design process.
• Analyze competitor products to identify strengths and weaknesses in UX.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Postgraduate degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio
