• Deliver on service level agreements (SLAs) and operational commitments.
• Assist in incident response to system failures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or similar role
