You will be responsible for dispensing medication, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on over-the-counter medications.
• Ensure quality assurance in the dispensing process.
• Prepare and compound medications as required.
• Assist in training pharmacy support staff.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance professional knowledge.
• Engage in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
• Perform administrative duties as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy practice

Technical Skills

• Pharmaceutical knowledge

• CPD accredited training
