Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient health status and communicate changes to the medical team.
• Conduct patient education sessions on disease management and prevention.
• Implement nursing strategies to improve patient care.
• Provide comfort and care to patients in emotional distress.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialization in Critical Care or Midwifery is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of nursing experience preferred

• Patient Management
• Emergency Response

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Registered Nurse in Critical Care (RNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

• Certification in a Specialized Area: Any additional certifications related to nursing will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Additional Languages: Being fluent in additional local languages can enhance patient communication.
