Job Description

As a Clinical Pharmacist in Port Elizabeth, you will be responsible for overseeing medication therapy management, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and providing drug information to our healthcare team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reconciliation for patients upon admission and discharge.
• Evaluate and interpret laboratory results to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy.
• Assist in drug utilization reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support for pharmacy interns and junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)

Experience

• 2-3 years of clinical pharmacy experience

Certifications
