Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to foster collaboration.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Test and analyze user interactions and behaviors.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, or similar
• Certification in UX Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
