We are searching for a talented Project Manager to oversee and guide various projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. A passion for leadership and a keen eye for detail are essential. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Translate project requirements into project plans and schedules.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and expectations.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Resolve conflicts with effective problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Act as a mentor and leader to junior project team members.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and milestones.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders about project status and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Master's degree or PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management
