Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will be crucial in preparing and mixing materials used in construction and mining. Your role requires hands-on skills and attention to detail for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Mix mud and other materials according to project requirements.
• Support equipment operation and ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct regular quality assessments of mixed materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Record all production activities and report to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols.
• Assist in the upkeep of the worksite, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and operational challenges.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of supplies needed for operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Technical or vocational training in relevant field is advantageous.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar operational role.
