Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for people management and a knack for developing efficient HR strategies. As an HR Generalist, you will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Implement HR best practices and policies.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Manage employee performance appraisal systems.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Oversee training needs assessment and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in organizational development and cultural initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment
