We are seeking an accomplished Investment Banker who will play a key role in structuring and executing high-value transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions while driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support client transactions.
• Prepare detailed presentations and proposals for clients.
• Manage and execute the execution of mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure transaction integrity.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in due diligence processes for client transactions.
• Lead negotiation processes to finalize deals.
• Support senior bankers in executing financial transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Master's in Finance or related field is a strong advantage

Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

Languages
