We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Durban office. As a key player in the Data Science and Analytics team, you'll analyze and interpret complex data sets to help influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data visualization tools and statistical methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Monitor data quality and accuracy throughout processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
• Lead workshops on data literacy within the organization.
• Implement best practices for data governance.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from management.
• Document data processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree in Data Science is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role
