Responsibilities

• Assess patients holistically and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
• Manage follow-up care for patients with chronic diseases.
• Provide patient education on lifestyle modifications and medications.
• Advocate for patients’ health and wellbeing.
• Utilize electronic health records for patient documentation.
• Participate in community health initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Certification in specialized area of nursing preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of clinical experience

• Emergency Care

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
