Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Evaluate and enhance services and amenities to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
  • Actively manage guest feedback and online reviews, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a related field
