We are on the lookout for a skilled Leaded Glass Installer to join our dynamic team at ABC Glassworks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent craftsmanship skills, a thorough knowledge of leaded glass, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and frames for installation, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.
• Apply lead came or copper foil and solder joints for secure finishes.
• Assist in the inventory management of glass and related materials.
• Keep accurate records of time and materials used for each project.
• Work collaboratively with the installation team to achieve project deadlines.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in glass techniques.
• Provide input to improve installation processes and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or apprenticeship in glasswork, stained glass, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leaded glass installation and repair.

Technical Skills
