Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
  • Cultivate a strong safety culture and ensure safety training for all staff.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics.
  • Enhance client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Participate in pre-construction planning and feasibility studies.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental policies and best practices.
  • Support procurement processes for materials and resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss project status and address challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • MBA or relevant certification is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in construction management and supervision
