Job Description

We are seeking a Credit Products Officer to manage and develop credit products and services. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk management, and profitability while enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze credit data to assess the creditworthiness of clients.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with credit products.
  • Design product offerings that meet market needs and compliance standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on product details and updates.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance digital product offerings.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to credit products.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Review and improve internal processes for product delivery.
  • Prepare presentations to stakeholders regarding product performance.
  • Work with legal to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • A Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years' experience in financial services or credit management
