Responsibilities

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production workflows.
• Coordinate with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
