Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design methods and processes.
• Evaluate and enhance existing aerospace technologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on larger projects.
• Conduct failure analysis and risk assessments on designs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Present technical data and information to senior management.
• Mentor junior engineers and engineering interns.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience preferred in aerospace engineering
