Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture in Pretoria. You’ll manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, all aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
  • Administer employee onboarding and training sessions.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation.
  • Support performance evaluation processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs.
  • Assist with HR metrics and reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR is advantageous

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
