Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Learning Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience in coordinating training programs. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating training sessions, managing learning resources, and supporting our employees' professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a learning management system to track employee development.
  • Create engaging training content tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Assess learner feedback and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Organize workshops and seminars in partnership with industry experts.
  • Ensure compliance with training policies and standards.
  • Initiate regular training needs assessments to align with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • Higher Education qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in coordinating training or educational programs
