We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will support teachers in classroom management and assist students with learning activities. Responsibilities

• Support teachers in lesson preparation and the implementation of curricula.
• Assist students in their learning processes, both individually and in groups.
• Help monitor student attendance and participation.
• Assist in creating a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Provide input on student needs and learning challenges to teachers.
• Encourage students to develop independence and critical thinking skills.
• Help organize classroom resources and maintain classroom supplies.
• Actively participate in school meetings and training sessions.
• Facilitate discussions and support in-class projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
