UX Designer

Job Description

Join our innovative team in Stellenbosch as a UX Designer, where you will contribute to crafting excellent user experiences. Your role will involve user testing, feedback analysis, and continuous design iterations for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to completion.
• Evaluate existing products and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain style guides and design systems.
• Work on cross-disciplinary teams to deliver products that are visually compelling and highly functional.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.
• Assist in establishing the design culture within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design or Interaction Design
• Relevant certifications are highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX

Technical Skills

• Prototyping
• Usability Testing

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
