We are on the lookout for a results-driven Project Manager to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines in coordination with team leads.
  • Utilise project management software to track tasks and milestones.
  • Lead team meetings to discuss project progress and address bottlenecks.
  • Ensure all project documentation is aligned with company policies.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages input and development.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success and inform future projects.
  • Engage in regular updates with senior management on project status and milestones.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years experience in managing projects
