Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be integral to our technology team, addressing technical glitches, maintaining our IT systems, and ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and customer service, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve end-user issues efficiently.
• Provide support for mobile and remote users.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects.
• Evaluate and recommend new software and hardware.
• Work with vendors to resolve service related issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keep abreast of latest technology trends.
• Assist in troubleshooting Internet and LAN issues.
• Analyze system performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Provide backup support to other IT staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in networking or system administration are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience

• Active Directory
• Linux OS

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• MCSA: Windows Server Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
