UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timely completion.
• Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for design tasks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product design.
• Review and provide feedback on designs from team members.
• Support ongoing maintenance and updates of existing designs.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and sharing ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in User Experience Design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user-centered design

Technical Skills

• User Journey Mapping
• Wireframing and Prototyping

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Creativity

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in conducting A/B testing: Ability to design and analyze A/B tests to improve user interfaces.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for prototyping: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
