Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility of listings.
• Foster relationships with property developers to source exclusive listings.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market dynamics.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Real Estate Qualification (NQF4 or higher preferred)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or a similar capacity
