With a customer-centric approach, you will guide applicants on coverage options and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document all underwriting processes and decisions accurately.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending applications and required information.
• Collaborate with legal teams to manage complex underwriting cases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Participate in policy reviews to enhance underwriting practices.
• Assist in developing training materials for new staff.
• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Professional qualifications in underwriting are desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years in the insurance industry, particularly in underwriting
