Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve engineering designs and plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in technical skills and project management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• ANSYS
• AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ISO standards: Understanding of ISO standards related to engineering and quality control.
• Experience with project management software: Knowledge of tools like MS Project or similar is beneficial.
