Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers and address their questions.
  • Participate in local community events to promote the brand.
  • Utilize online platforms for listing and marketing properties.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Assist clients in obtaining financing through lenders.
  • Provide clients with updated market information and trends.
  • Develop promotional content for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and standards.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Real Estate License is required
Experience
  • 2-5 years of real estate sales experience preferred
