Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of new technologies in production.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Participate in project planning and management meetings.
• Train junior engineers and technical staff.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and materials for production.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in process engineering

• Process Simulation Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
