Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Manager to head our operations in Cape Town. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating staff, enhancing guest services, and ensuring operational efficiency. A strong background in hotel management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall hotel operations and department heads.
• Create and implement policies and procedures to improve service.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for hotel operations.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on team collaboration.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Business or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality management
