Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our growing team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative security solutions, assessing vulnerabilities, and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the safety of our clients' data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze security systems for weaknesses and propose solutions.
• Assist clients in achieving compliance with relevant regulations.
• Create and maintain documentation related to security protocols.
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity.
• Advise clients on cybersecurity insurance and risk management.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve personal expertise.
• Facilitate communication between technical staff and clients.
• Support the preparation of security budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a cybersecurity role

• Cybersecurity Frameworks

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
