Responsibilities

  • Implement best practices for talent management and succession planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives to ensure a secure workplace.
  • Drive employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related issues to management and staff.
  • Manage budget for HR operations and initiatives.
  • Monitor labor market trends to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
