Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats.
• Utilize feedback to continuously improve training materials.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to create development paths for employees.
• Monitor professional development budgets and manage training expenditures.
• Support in evaluating the organizational training strategy and its alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Additional certifications in training and development are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
