Plant Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plant Inspector to join our team. As a Plant Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of various industrial plants to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment and system performance during inspections.
• Report and follow up on compliance discrepancies.
• Lead safety training sessions for plant personnel.
• Participate in development of inspection schedules.
• Conduct root cause analysis for failures.
• Assist in the development of maintenance plans.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inspection activities.
• Provide recommendations for safety improvements.
• Monitor environmental compliance.
• Engage with regulators during compliance audits.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in the manufacturing or inspection industry

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Safety management certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
