Responsibilities

• Create conceptual designs and manage the design process from initial sketches to final approvals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in community engagement and planning sessions.
• Conduct quality control checks during construction phases.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to budgetary and environmental standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of proven experience in an architectural firm

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sustainable design: Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Experience in editing and creating visual materials.
